(k) Setting other messages.
MB2004, MB2003 are now set on the wheels already obtained, but the setting runs were sent to Ops and not preserved. The letter counts also are lost. These were used to choose the deciban runs 36 to 40, yielding ΔΧ1D complete and nearly, but not quite, certain; the 7th and 10th characters can be interchanged with loss of only 38 decibans.
